Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Reformhaus Wallner, Wiedner Hauptstraße 66, 1040 Vienna, Austria, reformhaus@wallner.bio, Phone: 0158 60671) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for this reimbursement unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
